We all know that SegaNet will make its debut tomorrow (or, if you’re really excited, in about two hours’ time. However, thanks to SegaDojo, we have info on one of the first ads to be aired promoting SegaNet and NFL2K1 in particular. It’s called “Crush Crew vs. Packers Pack”, and it features Randy Moss and a few Green Bay Packers.
The other ad, entitled “Play Online” is expected to air during the MTV VMAs, and is sixty seconds long. All characters in this, unlike CC v. PP, appear to be real people, not CG models.
What makes these two ads different from the In the Box campaign is that the It’s Thinking moniker has been retired; in its place is the classic Sega Scream. I’ll see if I can catch both ads on the MTV VMAs tomorrow.
