Hear EA Buyout Drama Unfold Live
Take-Two Interactive has announced that next Thursday’s shareholder meeting–the one that determines whether they will hold their own or accept a buyout offer from Electronic Arts–will be broadcast live.
You’ll only be able to hear what happens via Take2′s Investor site, according to GamePolitics. The stream will begin at 6.30PM ET next Thursday, April 17th. There, history in the gaming business could be made, as EA’s desire to gain a majority share in the company and hence, take it over–could unfold before a worldwide audience.
