Wii in Toys R Us Sunday

“Guaranteed” if $200 Deposit Paid Now

With Wii shortages still occurring nearly a year and a half after the launch, Toys R Us is once again ready to capitalize on a new hoard of consoles just begging to be bought.

This Sunday the retail chain is promising plenty of consoles in stock.  Given our recent report of how they may only be around for an hour (if that) Toys R Us is offering a “guaranteed” system on Sunday, provided you get in there now and plunk down a $200 deposit.

It’s expected, however, that the consoles at each store may only be in the few to several dozen range.  Pre-ordering looks to be the best route.
