Is This why we Haven’t Seen Were-Sonic?
We usually don’t rely on MTV Multiplayer as a concrete source of information. But the statistic they wrote up about today could explain why we haven’t seen much of the nighttime areas or the purported Were-Sonic.
MTV noted at the end of their coverage on Sonic Unleashed this statistic:
Reporters were also told that, for the most part, Sonic’s friends like Tails and Knuckles will not be playable in this game. The figure I heard was that gameplay would be “95%” Sonic-based.
That’s…interesting. And if true it would explain why there has been no further word of the furry nighttime counterpart since the early trailers of Unleashed. Perhaps Sega is listening more to the fans than originally anticipated? We should know for sure come E3 season.
