As promised, Proof Positive that Some Chars were Cut

As previously reported First @ TSSZ, not only were some members of the Sonic universe given the axe from Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, but some Mario-centric characters also got the boot.

We promised some screenshots of Birdo and Donkey Kong, the two rejected characters from the Mario series, and here they are.  We thank Link of X-Cult and Sonic Retro for releasing these shots–he even has a video if you’d like a look.  You’ll note we threw in Silver, just to reaffirm the news of Sonic cuts.
