Radio Interview Suggests Eye on FL Legislature

You know how the old saying goes: If you can’t beat ‘em–the ‘em being the crooks, liars, and theives in the wide world of politics today–join ‘em.

GamePolitics reports that Jack Thompson, the controversial attorney fighting to keep “violent” video games out of society (and also presently fighting to keep his license to practice law)  may, if all else fails, run for a spot in the Florida legislature.

The registered Republican dropped the hint on WPBR-AM’s The Justice Hour:

…My hope is that maybe one day I’ll be in that legislature and sponsor and get through certain things we can do at the state level about [immigration]…

Previously, Mr. Thompson ran unsuccessfully in 1988 against Janet Reno for the Dade County State Attorney.
