EU Site Shows Peripherals as a Reality

Since the revival of Samba de Amigo was announced, a big question on the minds of gamers was whether those famed maraca peripherals would return.  They made the rounds when Sonic Team created the franchise, and we now have the first sign of their return for the Gearbox-developed update.

HMV.com has the game bundled with new maraca sleeves for the Wii available for pre-order.  They’re not hard peripherals per se, and one wonders if it’s worth the extra $30 to get them.  Still, it’s nice to know that Sega and Gearbox thought of the original fans with this pack-in.
