Japanese Trailer Suggests Possibility

There may have been a reason Microsoft only announced the release of Final Fantasy XIII for North America and Europe yesterday.

The trailer below clues into a Sony stronghold for the game in Japan.  Indeed, reports indicate that the game will be developed on PS3 first, and then ported over to XBOX 360–that’s why the release date is a bit shaky right now.  Microsoft’s console isn’t doing so well over in Japan, and having FFXIII on the 360 could have brought some much needed competition over there.
