Play Sonic Again, for the Very First Time
Sort of falling under the cracks this week is news that the original Master System edition of Sonic the Hedgehog is available on the Wii virtual console. Most reading this will recognize this 8-bit version as being released on the Sega Game Gear.
This edition is available for just 500 Wii points, and may be a good trip down nostalgia lane if you can’t get your old Game Gear booted up.
Keep in mind, this is for North American Wiis only…as far as we know. Can anyone across the Atlantic clue us in as to whether you also have access to Sonic MS/GG on your VC?
