FCC Diagrams Reveal PSP-3001

A Kotaku report suggests Sony may have a new Playstation Portable model on the way–but don’t expect any new features.

FCC filings show a new PSP-3001 model is coming.  The details don’t appear to disclose any new features to the system, just cheaper parts, which hopefully will mean a cheaper price when it finally hits retail.

There’s no word from Sony at the moment as to a launch or price point.
