Brazil gets a new Master System, well, sort of…
Brazilian SEGA licensee Tectoy has created a brand new 8-bit console, the system is being dubbed the Master System 3. The new console being sold in Brazil comes with 131 built-in games, though you’ll not be able to insert any Master System cartridges as the system lacks a cartridge slot. The system actually looks very slick, featuring a black Genesis (Mega Drive) look to it, two Genesis styled controllers, and a light blue outlined Sonic. Featuring both Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Drift 2, the system will retail for equivalent of US $133.
