Wow way to find this a year late... Anyways, I think this went rather well considering we confirmed the interview literally the day before. It was a trainwreck, but nobody was prepared.

I formally apologized to Drossin in person at MAGFEST09, and he not only seemed cool but made it seem like we were all overreacting to start with. I guess I formed a personal friendship with him during the event. Also we got alot of interesting info from him that was recently republished in the form of an interview.

Plus, this interview was last minute, as it was confirmed the day before it happened, so I wasn't expecting the best thing either.

If Sonic Retro wanted all of their hyper-specific questions answered, then they should have all shown up to it.

We had a queue of people who had questions and that has always been the priority of the interviews. Sorry if the ones begging for in-depth info didn't get it, but maybe instead of taking a shit on us, they can use this opportunity to pry themselves now that the door has been opened.

Ohhhhh dang. Years ago when I contacted Mike Wallis (Producer on Sonic X-treme), it was because I was trying to get in touch with Howard Drossin over the music he composed for the "Virtual Sonic" CD, because I believed some of it may have been left over music intended for Sonic X-Treme.

Pretty awesome to know he actually did a few pieces. Wish I could've been there.
