Karts, Fitness and Olympics are the theme of the week
The eagle eyed among you may have noticed I didn’t put the chart up last week. This is mainly due to the fact I stayed up till an ungodly hour in the morning the day before in a chat room with Chris Senn and basically got a very early nights sleep the next evening. It’s back this week though and the fact is you’ve not missed much. In fact the top 5 is exactly the same as it was the week before.
Mario Kart is first with the ever looming Wii Fit in second. Surely it won’t be too long before everyone who owns a Wii in the UK also has Wii Fit. Not that I think many people use the thing on a regular basis or anything.
Buoyed by the fantastic Olympic success of “Team GB” in Beijing, The Official Beijing 2008 game climbed to third last week with Mario & Sonic fourth. We may only have come fourth in the medal table after all was said and done but we only expected 12 gold medals and got 19 instead. “Team GB” have been given a heroes welcome upon their return home and I’m sure this has done a world of good for the two Olympic games in the chart.
