Post about community releases and events, TSSZ. Nothing else.

The politics that you're trying to inject into SONIC communities is annoying and pathetic.

"Tristan also had some excellent points in some aspects of this, but also continued, so I hope this latest report will be the end of this argument."

What are you smoking? Can I have some please? Tristan had NO points what so ever, he doesn't have a leg to stand on in this dispute, he is the only one in the wrong. HE is the one that posted about the ban, Sonic Retro can do what they want with the site, they can ban who they like. If they ban me tommorrow I'm not going to post about it on my site and feature the post, thats just stupid and immature. Tristan has lost a hell of alot of respect for all this crap, don't even try stick up for him dude.

Just quit this crap and post about news instead of community affairs that dont concern you. Look around on other news sites, do they post about being banned? I highly doubt it, none for what I've seen. When Tweaker quit to see what would happen in the community, Tristan should had researched to get the full story, he should have waited a few more days to a week to see what actually happened, then post a news report about how 'Tweaker is still loved very much by the community over at sonic retro and we all want his babies'.

But he didnt, he just went and posted rubbish and news reports with no backbne or content, even this one has no content, its basically a rant. If Tristan had done the same to my site, I would have banned him, if he posted this crap about me banning him, I'd email him to remove it or have eeryone over on my end give him bad publicity, which is what SR followers are doing now.

Bad move Tristan, bad move matey.

I agree with Andrew. There's plenty of blame to go around. This whole mess just makes me sick to my stomach. I wish I had never discovered this fanbase.

Tristan - This is not a First Amendment issue. The First Amendment prevents the US GOVERNMENT from making laws that suppress free speech or freedom of the press. Sonic Retro is not part of the government and the First Amendment does not apply at all in the way you're implying it does. The First Amendment says nothing about the media having a right to access information from other private organizations and individuals.
