See Who Sonic May be Slaying come Spring
One of our anonymous news tipsters pointed us in the direction of some new screenshots on Nintendo Everything. Many of them were run of the mill or were already posted–but the one we have below could shed some light on Sonic’s true adversary for the upcoming Sonic and the Black Knight.
The image is rumored to be concept art for one of the major characters in the game, quite possibly the Black Knight. You’ll see that the artwork isn’t in 3D, but rather in a more contemporary style–something you would see in a storybook. Note that the character not has an equally fierce horse…he’s got a giant sword just waiting to thrash somebody.

That’s an impressive look.
Hopefully, this game propels this spinoff franchise like Wario land 2 propelled trhe Wario spinoff titles. Or Street Fighter Alpha 2.
But hopefully it isn’t a stepdown that stays the same or gets worse, like the Megaman X games. If they fix the controls, this gfame could be very good. Secret Rings was a greaqt game…with abysmal controls. It says something about the quality of presentation that I stuck with the game through all the “AGHHH, I CAN’T GO BACKWORDS!” “fun”.
I bet you could make him in Soul Caliber IV.

Yeah, this guy definitely is the big bad guy. The Erazor Djinn of this game. And that image is most likely from a story-book styled cutscene. (you all know how Secret Rings had that storybook style)

atleast Sonics not gonna be fighting some giant dragon thing at the end.
Then again, the antagonist will probably tranform (with the chaos emeralds of course) into something massive anyway.
