How to Show Support for Sega Fare
Much of Sega’s outings on Nintendo consoles fared considerably better both in the press and in sales than some next-gen counterparts. Now, Nintendo Power magazine offers you the power to reinforce the positive perception.
Ballots are being cast right now for the 2008 Nintendo Power Awards. Both Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood are nominated, and Samba de Amigo gets mention as well. Interestingly enough, so does Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity.
You can go here to vote, and if you want to show some Sonic and Sega love, here’s the lowdown on where the hedgehog and friends creep up in the categories:

You forgot to mention best sports game, Sega Superstars Tennis
Why is the Wii version of Unleashed in “Best Wii Graphics”? It was no impressive if you ask me. I just voted for Brawl.
And I don’t even wanna talk about Sonic Riders Zero Gravity, bleh.
Good to see Sonic Chronicles in there, its great IMO but of course its nothing compared to the other RPG’s in there, like The World Ends with You(which I voted for).
As for “Best Platformer” I had to choose between de Blob, Kirby Super Star Ultra, Mushroom Men and Wario Land Shake It. I took de Blob becuase it is a wonderful game that had me hooked for hours.
As for “Best New Character”, as much as I like Shade I still voted for de Blob becuase of said reason above.

I just voted for everything Sega related….I feel like such a stupid fanboy.
Okay, so I voted for Kirby, Smash Bros. and Megaman too. I’m really stuck on four franchises.LOL
Robert:The reason it was up for best graphics is because for a modified internal engine, Dimps did a pretty good job.
SonicForTheWin: Good job? Well, not in my eyes they did. It was not horrible but nothing impressive IMO.

best graphics sonic unleashed! it have that texture stuff i notice this in many xbox360 game and few good looking wii game now if only the shadow and light technology was in it . no super mario galaxy for best platformer or was this for runner ups this game was very time cosuming and that a good thing. why did shade get a better rank it just another sonic character trevis touchdown he too funny and cool but boiware did make her. i like mario cart the best. wasn’t expecting samba de amigo. dont play rpg much but world end with you ended that
