Comic Con ‘09: Zombie Comics, Painting, and…Hugs

HotD Overkill in Full Swing Saturday Evening
As part of Sega’s festivities on Saurday, the latter part of the day closed out with zombies coming out of the woodwork.
It was all a part of Sega’s promotion at the New York Comic Con for House of the Dead: Overkill, which was playable on the show floor. It will be out for the Wii later this year.
Sega reps were on hand to zombify the face of anyone who wanted it via face painting. Volunteers were also on hand giving away both zombie comics…and zombie hugs. I got both. I may give away the former in a contest. Stay tuned.
But, really, the real point of this article is to show off one of the staffers from our friends at Sega Nerds getting zombified. The freelancer, Rob, was there covering the show floor for that site. Careful–if you don’t give him stories, he’ll eat your brains…or give you a hug.
There’s more to come from the New York Comic Con.
