OST, Vocal Disc on the Way
Japan-based media retailer CDJapan has listed two soundtracks in production for Sonic and the Black Knight. Both are set for release, according to the website, on April 8th.
One of those oundtracks, as has been the case with several previous OST releases dating back to Sonic Adventure, will be vocal tracks. In the case of SBK, that means ten vocals will be released under the CD titled Face to Faith. It will retail for ¥1905, a little over $20.
The main OST, titled Tales of Knighthood, will be two disc set and contain more than 70 songs from the game. Those who pre-order now will get a special container box for the OST. This set will retail for ¥3333, or a little over $35.
It appears both will include the single Knight of the Wind. No details on a tracklist have been made public yet, but when they do, we’ll be sure to forward the information.

Some of the vocal tracks could be the remixed songs for Knuckles/Shadow/etc.
This reminds me. I read somewhere just after Sonic 06 came out that Bentley Jones (Dreams of an Absolution, EGGMAN remix) was trying to get the Sonic soundtracks released overseas. What happened to that idea?
That’s a good question Okami-san. I sure would like True Blue to come to the US.
Mm. That’d be nice, Kits. I better go add this tid-bit to SNN.
no offense SLCOAATR but the sonic wiki sucks
Andrew Chantler: I can recognise some of the symbols but I can’t read so much. It’s fun with japanese! I try to learn some words evry day. Now I can write: Sonic and the black knight, Sonic and the secret rings, Tokyo National Muséum shop, Allright lets do it, Mario, Luigi, Kabuto, Finally something intresting. In the future it’s possible that I can read your comments…
えっ?マリオ、ルーイジ、カブト?ハーハー。
Huh? Mario, Luigi, Kabuto? Hahah.
@Werehog: Thank you for showing an interest. My post may look exciting but in fact I’m only ranting about the price of videogame soundtracks! Keep up the good work though! You never know, we may look for Japanese speakers in the future… and yes, Japanese is fun! 7 years now…
