Texas Judge Tosses Case
A lawsuit brought by Fenner Investments alleging that Nintendo committed patent infringement with the Wii, the Wiimote, and even the Nintendo Gamecube has been dismissed.
A U.S. District Court judge in Tyler, Texas tossed the lawsuit on Monday and found no need for a jury trial.
This is not the end of the line for Nintendo’s legal troubles, however. The company is currently battling similar claims in several other states, and is the subject of an ongoing International Trade Comission investigation that has potential to halt sales of the console. Decisions in these cases are still many months away.

Any sane person would not find a reason to complain about this console’s legalities. Whoever wants to nitpick at this either has something against Nintendo personally, or has WAY too much time on their hands.
If they’re going to dismiss this case, why they can’t dismiss the WoW bot glider case? Or make a law that will allow gamers to sell their account or any other relating to it without violating eula since we are the one who work hard for it.
