4 Day, 2 Night Stages for 250 MS Points
With thanks to news tipsters Grant and gabsonic, we can tell you the new Spagonia Adventure Pack is now available for download on XBOX Live for 250 MS points. Sorry, domestic PS3 owners–it appears, for now, you’re out of luck again.
Four day stages and two nighttime ones add a total of six missions to the game. Three of the missions are hard editions of existing stages–two day, one night–with three all new stages, again, with two in the daytime and one at night.
There may be a pattern to the releases now; the Chun-Nan DLC was released around this time two weeks ago.
If you’ve already downloaded the DLC, we’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below. TSSZ News will scour the Internet for new video of the missions as soon as they are made available, and we’ll be sure to make available our own impressions of the game in due course.

Is it the Sega of america that creates this adventure pack’s? It’s probably them and Xbox 360 is made by microsoft and microsoft is american. That can be one reason why it’s just for 360.

Well now that spagonia is getting DLC, I can safely assume that they will be DLC for the other levels as well, so when this does happens again, ill probably wont go certifiably insane.

Dear wii owners….. why not complain to nintendo? They CAN do that sorta thing but no its cause they are greedy! I used to suffer from NO features at all, till i got my daddys net, then moved out… and lost my PS3 net………………………….

And also, shut up Wii owners. You are NOT going to get any downloadable content. Don’t like it? Well then either A. you should buy a 360 or B complain to Nintendo about making a last gen system with Waggle. I don’t know what else to say. As for you PS3 owners I do feel kinda bad for you, as you should have these downloads.

I really can’t see what SEGA did to wrong anybody here. If DLC on the Wii is unfeasible or even just impractical, then it really isn’t SEGA’s fault.

@Crysore: These older games don’t take up as much memory. Sonic 2 is 2MB. This DLC is like 500MB (speaking of which I better clear house on my 360, I’m running out of space).
Anyways, I’m impressed. This is better than the Chun-nan pack. Spagonia Act 1-2 is hard but not too bad. Spagonia Act 2-2 is actually impressive. Rather then do what Chun-nan Act 2-2 did, Spagonia’s act 2-2 doesn’t make more laps, rather it extends the level. It’s really rather fun. Act 4 is a sort of fun run chasing after those robots, and Act 5 is a nice little homing attack mini-game of sorts.
As for the Night levels, they’re less impressive then Chun-nan’s, but what do you expect, there is no extension on Spagonia Act 1. In Act 1-2, you basically go backwards through part of the level, finding switches that will spawn enemies and unlock doors. That’s basically it. Act 2 is more platforming oriented, basically what Chun-nan Act 3 was like. Why couldn’t the whole game have been like this? Platforming kthnxbi.
I’m crossing my fingers for it to hit the PS3.

Um you do realize that the two versions are completly diffrent graphical wise and slightyl difrent gameplay wise.
Not to mention that two levels were taken out so that just means more extra space to build on.
Yes I realize they’re different, I own both of them.
Yes, there are less levels in the Wii version, this does save space but only on the Disc. All DLC is saved to the system’s hard drive, and the Wii doesn’t have a huge harddrive.
The only real way that there could be any DLC is to do what Sonic 06 did and make the download only a sort of key to unlock content that’s already on the disc but not accessible until you buy it. Of course that would be unfair.
@Keydown: If you have a PS3 then……… WHY THE HELL NOT GET IT ON PS3???? Trust me, its alot better…

Well for one, the VC games don’t take up that much space.
Well then make it the size of the Wii games and put it on the game

Man, I sure am glad I have the 360 version of Sonic Unleashed. It’s so much better than the PS3 and Wii version, and it gets all this awesome DLC.
Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahaha.
Maybe the DLC will come to the PS3 later. I know Sonic 06 DLC was the same on both 360 and PS3. Games and content usually come out on the 360 first, quite possibly because it’s considerably easier to make games for the 360.
Yet another reason why the Wii version of Unleashed fails.

Don’t think it’s Nintendo’s fault we aren’t getting any DLC for Unleashed. I mean, Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero World Tour both have DLC, as does Samba De Amigo. This is Sega’s fault.
I have Wii I’m not sad about this. It’s the best thing for Sonic. And I got SatBK! The best Sonic game in mordern time (if SU 360 wasn’t better).
