Disbarred Attorney Vows to Continue Fight
The United States Supreme Court has declined to hear the case involving Jack Thompson’s permanent disbarment from law practice.
The request for a writ of certiorari, or judicial review, was denied Monday by the courts, among a laundry list of other cases that were also passed on. The anti-violent game activist vowed to appeal the Florida Supreme Court’s September decision to the high court.
But Thompson says he isn’t done with his fight.
Thompson wrote to GamePolitics.com and said of the decision in part:
I have four more options, all better than this one. This was the longest of shots. All four of the others are much, much shorter shots.
Thompson did not elaborate on what those options could be.

Some guys just don’t know when to quit.
“Vows to continue fighting”? Well, this is a fight he just won’t win.
Thompson, no one likes you or your opinions.
His shortest shot, on research, would be moving to Wyoming to practice (where there are no bar certification requirements)
