European PS3 Users Get Holoska DLC

Rest of the World Gets…Nothing

Yesterday served as both another day of disappointment for most Sonic Unleashed lovers, and–for a small fraction of the audience–another day to play catch-up.

While most Unleashed DLC followers had nothing to wake up to Thursday morning, European PS3 owners had the opportunity to purchase and play the Holoska Adventure Pack.  Generally, PS3 users have been behind on appends compared to their XBOX 360 counterparts, and in many parts of the world the release schedule on the PSN store is a bit inconsistent.  Japanese PS3 owners usually get the DLC first, followed in a couple weeks by North America and then Europe.  In this case, Europe received DLC three weeks after North America.

With another week gone by, most in Sonic fandom now expect the next round of DLC to hit the XBOX 360 next Thursday.  TSSZ News will keep you informed of developments.  In the meantime, those in Europe can check out Ryan Bloom’s review of the Holoska Adventure Pack and decide for themselves whether it’s worth the purchase.
