New Video and Screenshots of Everlasting Song

songWill Last Year’s SAGE Showstopper Make Another Round?

If you were paying close attention to our coverage of the Sonic Amateur Games Expo last year, you may have noticed that it wasn’t a SFG proper that really caught the eyeballs of players.  It was, in fact, Everlasting Song, an independent side-scrolling RPG project made by Blue Frenzy.

With this year’s SAGE now just a few weeks away, the Sonic Frenzy Adventure developer has provided a plentiful amount of screenshots from Song’s latest build.  We have all 13 of those screenshots available for your review below, as well as a new video demo that showcases more than 3 minutes of the environment and mechanics.

With all the positive attention Everlasting Song received at last year’s SAGE, a return appearance this year seems like a clear decision, right?  According to Blue Frenzy, not so fast:

I would like to make a full playable demo, but it seems i lack of time. There are lots of bugs and i have to play some things before I release a demo, so I don’t know if I will be able to release a demo [....] Hopefully I will have something playable for SAGE.

We will be sure to follow up on a firm yay or nay on the matter as SAGE draws near.  In the interim, have a look at those new screenshots below.
