SEGA Trademark new Let’s game – Let’s Party!

New trademark indicates a new game from Yuji Naka and Prope.

The Naka-headed games studio is responsible for two mini-game collections on the Wii already, and it seems that a 3rd instalment in the ‘Let’s’ collection is in development as we speak.

Let’s Party! is what SEGA have trademarked. The entry with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office doesn’t tell us much. What we do know is that Let’s Party is being protected against “video game software; computer game programs” and “providing on-line games; providing information on on-line games.”. So there seems to be the potential for this game to feature some online content.

I believe that this is definiately a follow game to Let’s Tap. However there is one piece of information which throws that into doubt and that is a logo that is registered with the trademark. Its design does not follow the other Let’s games.
