Then again, there is video surfacing for in-game stuff regarding the proper Olympic release, Vancouver 2010, so I dunno that it's the IOC's call either. On the confusion itself, While I'm sure there will be folks who argue otherwise, I do not point the blame surrounding this to SoS or its organizers. I think it is merely a by-product of working many days, weeks, and months on putting this together. On the other hand you only have to go through Sumo and SEGA for ASR, there will be clear notices on the day as to what can and can't be recorded.
