Monkey Khan Brings it on Inside
Subscribers are just beginning to receive their copy of Archie Comics’s Sonic the Hedgehog issue 204.
This edition concludes a two parter pitting Sonic against Monkey Khan, as well as a second two parter and a second fight–this one involving Knuckles. Ian Flynn penned the script, with Steven Butler handing the art. Patrick Spaziante adds cover art.
For non-subscribers, issue #204 will be in comic book stores next week, and on regular newsstands later this month. The cover and the first five pages of the issue follow Archie’s official description.
“Heavy is the Head Part Two”: It’s Sonic vs. Monkey Khan yet again! But it’s more than hot-headedness this time as Sonic fights not just for his city, but to save the very cybernetic-simian he’s forced to fight! Even if Sonic can save his friend, will Khan’s dark secret destroy him anyway? Its monkey mayhem as only Archie can deliver!
PLUS: “Friend in Deed Part 2″: Knuckles’ melee against a surprise traitor continues… and as the brawl rages on, so do the emotions within, as Knuckles realizes that he can win the battle but lose so much more!
