This just coming in a few minutes ago via News Tipster Yamishi–the cat is out of the bag; Ryo Hazuki is confirmed to be in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing. It will be the objects in that Dragon Mirror that appears closer in reality.
It is IGN that has broken the story. Their report suggests that Ryo’s special move will transform his motorcycle into a forklift. That forklift will then ram through opponents.

We are expecting Sega to make it official later today. We’ll bring you anything new as it comes along, as well as what is expected to be a ton of reaction.
