With the recent confirmation of Banjo-Kazooie–a confirmation we brought you First @ TSSZ–the media blitz has begun.
In addition to the game’s trailer, MundoRare has released four screenshots for the game. Three of them include Banjo and Kazooie in their vehicle–along with a small smatter of the other characters we know and love. One of the shows off the avatar–including the vehicle, and its special move, which involves other floating, angelic avatars carrying you toward the front of the pack.
The avatar was purportedly Rare’s idea–an epiphany that may ultimately mean the concept, including Miis, may not show up in other versions of the game. So too may theirs be the idea of naming the avatar’s vehicle–wait for it–the Avacar. Really. We’re not making that up.

I actually forgot it’s Rare who is responsible for creating the Xbox’s Avatars. And I just love the Avatar’s superstar ability.
