Some New Shots, and Sega Miles Explained
Coming to us from a post by danio13 on the official Sega forums is the latest preview for Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing from Nintendo Power magazine. As it is all Nintendo, all the time, at NP, this preview focuses on the Wii and DS versions.
Aside from a couple screenshots in the one-page preview that are new, there isn’t a whole lot of new information disclosed in the article…unless you’re interested in how unlockables will work. Sumo Digital’s Steve Lycett hinted earlier this month that you’ll need to earn Sega Miles in-game to access new content, and the specifics of that content are noted here:
Performing well on the tracks rewards you with Sega Miles, which you can spend to unlock more characters, tracks, and vehicles.
…What’s this about new vehicles? It was widely believed and reported that only one car would be available for each character. Unless a misprint is to blame, that may no longer be the case, unless the reference suggests the new vehicles are to complement a new character unlock.

If Mario was in I’m sure we’d know by now, but I’m still gonna hope ‘new vehicles’ means him until I get a hold of it and unlock everything.

Im gettin the Wii version
Perhaps, it will work like Mario Kart DS, where every kart becomes available to every character in the end, which surprisingly enough, did give me some replay value in it’s own right.
getting on wii why it sucks on wii xbox360 is better. sega should put silver in a game come on sega silver is aasome characther i know hes slow
New characters may mean that some people like NiGHTS, Ristar, Vectorman, Silver, Rouge, and much more could have a chance to get in the game!

I too would like to see NiGHTS and the others like Ristar,Vyse,and some others to get in the game.
Who else is gettin it for Wii?
CJ : I hope NiGHTS , Ristar (mostly him) , Vectorman , someone from Streets of Rage make it but I do think Rouge should be playable because I`d love to see that car of her`s again

To tell you the truth, I possessed both Wii and Xbox 360. I may not know which one should I take. But I will get the better version.
i’m probably gonna get both xbox 360 and wii versions eventually, but my problem is which one first? does anybody know if there are alot of differences between the wii and 360 versions? (besides graphics)
