Many of the Rock Band / Guitar Hero DLC's that came from artist's CD albums that had codes to download these songs remained code exclusive for about a month or so before becoming a purchasable DLC through the Marketplace, so I'm very certain that Ryo's forklift DLC will eventually appear in the US marketplace as well.
