Funny, it says Knuckles’ story happens during Sonic’s but if I recall correctly as the events of Knuckles’ story in S&K/S3&K play out there a lot that implies that Knuckles’ story happens in an unknown time after Sonic’s story in Sonic 3/Sonic & Knuckles/Sonic 3 & Knuckles ends one thing that I discovered that implies that Knuckles’ story happens after Sonic’s is the capsule in Sandopolis act 2 is already opened and the ghosts are already out and in the red zone as soon as Knuckles enters the pyrimid.

What the fuck? There are no Sonic 4 details revealed in this story. Only Sonic1-3&K which we have known for years. Then basically that the story will pick up after those games. Even this small bit of info has been known since Thursday. Tristan, buddy, lay off the hype a little, man. You’re sounding really desperate for news, here. XD

FINALLY, a simple classic storyline. I don’t see why they couldn’t do this from the start. weather it is a prequel to all of the recent sonic games or is just a new adventure with a simple story (like sonic advance/rush games), It’s really all a sonic game needs; A blue hedgehog and a fox are enjoying drinks on an island, when they get word of a round fat man wreaking havoc. They toss they’re drinks thinking ‘Oh, HELL no!’ and run off to stop the bad egg, on they’re way collecting chaos emeralds, recruiting a former nemisis-namely, knuckles the echidna- and rescuing animals that had been inslaved in robots called badniks. Sure beats those recent cheasy storylines if you ask me (thinks of that boner-killing sonic/elise kissing scene from ’06, as well as the controversy behind what a USELESS character Chip was).

Did anyone noticed at the 0:30 of the trailer that there’s a video being played in the wording “In 2010 The Adventure Begins” which shows Sonic in a Special Zone? Looks like he has a Power Shield…

Wow, I didn’t know ‘Eggman’ was in use back then at all. They’ve sort of pulled a Tails, joining the two names together to make one. Sorry from straying from topic, peeps ^.^.
@SMS: (if you will allow me a moment to stray from the topic yet again, read on) Ugh, Amy as Princess Sally? Sally irritates -_-. So does Amy, but she’s not too serious so I can let it slide.

Eggman’s name -was- used in Sonic 2, on one of the fins of Wing Fortress Zone near the end of the game. it was acknowledged way back then, but the name Robotnik was already in full use, so hardly anybody really took notice of it.
