While most have proclaimed the print medium to be dead, facets of it can, on occasion, be cause for excitement and anticipation.
Enter Nintendo Power, proving that there’s still a place for the medium, at least for the moment in the hearts and minds of Sonic fandom. According to GoNintendo, the April 2010 issue will include an interview related to the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 4. That the game is being touted as HD while the interview is in a magazine focused on a company without a true HD console shows that Sega appears committed to getting the word out across all areas of the gaming landscape.
Unfortunately, no further details are available on what to specifically expect. It’s still quite early in March, and issues are typically sent to subscribers around the middle of the month. Depending on the timing, we could see scans of this posted starting late next week or the week after, and we’ll be here to relay any new information that comes out of that interview.
