Wait a minute… this is wrong! On all other place they say that it’s Sonic Unleashed themed, not classic! Even in the trailer up there you can see it in the end!

@Graxer: I don’t think that level has anything to do with the DLC. It’s just a Sonic themed level that’s made of LBPs normal powers. Saw it a long time ago and they just put the characters into it here.
