Plus, Delays for Some ASR Figurines

Below, you’ll find an excerpt showing off Jazwares’s latest plans in its Sonic toy line.  This comes to us courtesy of Sonic Retro moderator Aquaslash.

The scan, which consists of an excerpt from the latest ToyFare magazine, shows off a four inch Eggman figurine, as well as a 4.25 inch Big statue.  The former remains yet to be approved by Sega, according to the article.

Once it gets the company stamp, however, Jazwares may opt to sell both Big and Eggman together.  ToyFare’s blurb hints that the two will be sold as one item to consumers.  That typically isn’t the case with most Sonic figurines outside of comic book packs, however, so outside of that realm take it with a grain of salt.  That aside, have a good look at the figurines–with a cameo from Metal Sonic, already on sale–below.  No release date has yet been given, so we’ll be sure to follow up on that.

In the meantime, if you’ve been waiting for the rest of the 1.5-inch figurines from Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing to hit the market, you’re going to wait a bit longer.  We have report in that the 1.5 inch Amigo, Beat, AiAi, Eggman, Tails, and Knuckles toys won’t be avalable until May.  Originally, the lot was to see release in February.
