More “Family Matters” Inside
In August, Archie Comics will release issue 216 of the primary Sonic the Hedgehog comic series. Today, a preview was released for the edition, which will conclude the Family Matters series introduced in July’s issue.
In the issue, Rotor and Silver will square off, but foes may have to become friends in order to save Sonic and the Arctic Freedom Fighters. Ian Flynn penned the script, with Steven Butler, Terry Austin, Jamal Peppers, and John Workman handling art.
Peppers, Austin, and Jason Jensen handled cover duties, and you can see the cover below, following Archie’s synopsis.
“Family Matters Part Two.” There’s one exciting confrontation after another in the frozen waste of the Northern Tundra, as Sonic and the Arctic Freedom Fighters fight for their lives against the newest, most-threatening incarnation of the Dark Egg Legion yet! Will Rotor and Silver come to the rescue or will they be too busy finishing each other off? Then, explore a stirring, fresh look into the “Future Tense” Silver calls home in the second installment of this intriguing tale!
