This is What’s Being Given Away @ the Sega Booth
Call it fun, call it confidence, even call it a bit strange but what you see here–the White Wisp of Sonic Colors, in plushie form–is a goodie being given away to E3 attendees at the Sega booth.
Looking less Sonic-like and more like something out of Monsters vs. Aliens, it’s unclear whether these will be mass produced and made available to the public. The rendered 3D artwork is a much cuter and generally better representation of Sonic’s new allies in the upcoming Wii/DS exclusive. There’s something about these–we can’t quite put our finger on what–that gives cause to not place these in the hands of young children. Do you think they look strange or creepy? Also, I think the main problem is that it’s looks fuzzy, the cgi makes the look like they have dolphin like skin.
