A Trio of Videos, Some from Beta Tests
Admittedly, we haven’t been as up to date on Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown as we’d like. But thanks to the magic of YouTube, below are three pieces of video from the upcoming arcade release.
The first is a new official trailer Sega of Japan released last week. It showcases a duel between Jacky and Sarah Bryant. Kage and Jeffry are also shown, as are Pai and Lau Chan. Next in the lineup is a live match between Eileen and Aoi from an active beta test of the new build. You’ll notice a lot of clothes are missing from both female characters. Finally, we have Akira and Shun-Di squaring off, showcasing some new moves in the process. The third match was recorded from a Sega arcade in Shinjuku.
Those are all available for your viewing pleasure below. So far, Final Showdown is only trickling its way to Japanese arcades, but we’ll let you know if there are any plans to bring it to domestic shores.
