Yep I can officially say I probably won’t ever be able to get back into these comics, it seems more fanfic than fanfic and every non-established character looks like a fursona waiting to happen.
Agreed with Dr.Eggfang.
………..wait a fucking minute, is that Nicole THE Nicole? Like, the handheld computer Sally used to mess with? Except…she’s…a living..thing?
….are you shitting me, Archie? Like, really? What? WHAT?!
@Haru:
It’s a hologram/nanite construct. She’s just as much an AI as ever.
It’ll be interesting to see if they can make the Arctic Freedome Fighteres into interesting characters now that they’re a touch more serious than their Looney Tunes days. I really don’t remember them at all…
@Eggfang
That’s the main reason these comics sucks so hard.
if there it were only Sonic characters it would be a lot more bearable but noooooooo, they have to add their generic anthro character there and there.
@Eggfang
Aw, lay off would’ja? You try coming up with story after story with just the small cast of actual Sonic characters, see how easy it is. At least it’s not “Collect all Seven Chaos Emeralds and Defeat Doctor Eggman!” every single time!
Although some of their characters do look like simple fanchars, they do use a larger variety than everyone else does. I see a Polar Bear, Penquin, Seal, and I do believe two wolves. Aside from the wolves, I have not seen the other three species in Fancharacter form anywhere. Same goes for the Downunda Freedom Fighters – Wallaby, Wombat, Koala, Tasmanian, Emu and Platypus, those are rare in the Fancharacter community.
Fancharacters are usually Hedgehogs, Foxes, Echidnas, Bats, Cats, Wolves, and Rabbits. Some are Mary-Sues, others can become good Fancharacters in their own right. I’ve seen it.
To conclude, not just to Eggfang, but the rest of you too; Quit picking on Archie so bad. No, these characters are never gonna be Sega Game characters. Yes, they are Fancharacter-ish, but only by a long shot. Like I said, you try to come up with new story ideas that haven’t been done before with JUST the Sega-Sonic Cast. I’ve seen it done too, but only by a few, rare gifted people….and I mean Comics, not Fanfiction.
That’s my rant for the day, now buzz off.

Rotor is homosexual and gay. Poor Silver.
Don’t diss the comic until you’ve read it in full, guys.
