A Battle for Big Oil, Inside

This morning, Archie Comics released its full preview for the 218 issue of the primary Sonic comic series, shipping to subscribers now.

The issue concludes a two parter which saw Sonic and Bunnie rendezvous in the Oil Ocean refinery.  We pick up the beginning of the issue with the two in the heat of battle for control of said refinery.  A second story has Eggman interrogating Snively.  Ian Flynn penned the script, with Ben Bates and Jamal Peppers principally on art duties. Tracy Yardley, Terry Austin and Matt Herms drew the cover.

The cover and four pages of issue 218 follow Archie’s official synopsis.  UPDATE: The fifth page page–the first one inside the issue–has been made available, and we’ve since updated our gallery with it.

“Thicker than Water” Part Two,” “Hindsight”:
It’s Sonic versus Bunnie in a no-holds-barred battle! The prize: the sprawling Oil Ocean Refinery! Two factions stand poised to attack as hero turns on hero – but is everything as it seems?
