It’s Not Called a Coaster for Nothing
Courtesy of Andriasang, over 100 screenshots from both editions of Sonic Colors have been released, including for the first time a good look at Asteroid Coaster.
It looks like the stage will live up to its name right off the bat, with Sonic navigating a bony ride off the back of a fossilized roller coaster. From there, the stage itself looks rather murky, a perhaps toxic, dangerous environment with alien pods straight out of The X-Files littering the landscape. A few of the shots have you getting a little too cozy with the Frenzy Wisp.
Check out the 40 new shots from Asteroid Coaster’s Wii version below. In addition, we have 30 shots from the portable edition of the same zone. Remember too that we also have dozens more new shots from Aquarium Park released in the past 24 hours, from Wii and DS.

One has to wonder how the Purple Wisp will be like when combined in multiplayer…

So far, we’ve seen three wisps that can be used in a 3d perspective. The Cyan Laser, the Green Hover, and the Purple Frenzy.

I’m going to assume it will just create two purple Frenzies. Poor enemies….
Oh man!!! Roller Coaster!!!! this reminds me of Sonic Adventures: Twinkle park stage, which was pretty cool!
