Game Music, and Free-Dom from the Actual Game
Like most major Sonic releases, Sonic Free Riders will get a soundtrack release in Japan, so claims the Video Game Music Database.
The database claims the OST, officially titled Sonic Free Riders Original Soundtrack ~Break Free~, will contain just 12 tracks, including the background music to all the main tracks, and two arrangements of the game’s theme Free. The original version performed by Chris Madin and Richard Jacques will be on the disc, as well as a Crush 40 version.
The complete soundtrack listing is below. We don’t yet know of any online shops offering this for pre-order but we’ll let you know if any do offer this for sale.
01 – Free – Main Theme of Sonic Free Riders
02 – Start-Up Your EX Gear! (Free Riders Version)
03 – Theme of Dolphin Resort
04 – Theme of Rocky Ridge
05 – Theme of Frozen Forest
06 – Theme of Metropolis Speedway
07 – Theme of Magma Rift
08 – Theme of Forgotten Tomb
09 – Theme of Final Factory
10 – Theme of Metal City
11 – Get Ready for the Big Event
12 – Free (Crush 40 Version)

Yeah. Everyone was calling that they’d have a Crush 40 version. Here it is.
That’s actually quite a short album. Then again, I suppose its not much worse than past vocal albums… Looking forward to both versions of Free, mostly the Crush 40 version. Don’t give a rip about the rest.
Crush 40
I like the one that goes “Hey, hey, HEY!”
So, it might be the only thing to be liked about Sonic Free riders Lol
YES!!
A CRUSH 40 REMIX!!! THANK YOU SEGA!!!!
Crush 40 is back baby!!
To be quite honest, I don’t seem to recall liking ANY of the Crush 40 remixes more than the originals (with the exception of the JS vs LB remix of Absolution).
They didn’t bother naming the Tracks’ songs? I guess they didn’t care enough, how ironic.
