One Edition Climbs, the Other Drops Out
From one standpoint, the news was mixed for Sonic Colors in the UK Chart Track ranks from last week. Improvement was seen in one respect, but not in another.
That improvement was in the game’s Wii version, which moved up two places to #32 for the week. It likely means another healthy improvement in sales for the week, the last full one before the Christmas holiday. But there was bad news: The DS edition of Colors dropped out of the individual Top 40 completely. It was 37th last week.
Despite that dropout, we’ve seen in past weeks sales of the game continue to pick up, just not as robustly as other titles vying for consumers’ money. The unofficial estimates should be out later this week and we’ll relay those once made available.

That’s a shame, it’s the holiday season and I thought it would sell better. I couldn’t find a single copy of the game at any WalMart or Best Buy on the shelves.
@Raggtime:
Well. I have found one e-shop in whole Poland (?!) that sells Colors, and it turned out to be a fake. They’re not sending my order from ~month.
Nonstop coverage!
Damn. Oh well. At least the console version is doing ok.
I’m not suprised that the console version sells better. It looks alot better IMO. My brother has the DS version and it isn’t that fun at all actually. I have the Wii version here, but I haven’t opened it cus it’s a christmasgift for my brother, so I guess I’ll know which one’s the best on Christmas eve.
Anyway, I’m glad that is is at least at top 40.
If the Wii version is going down, its going down kicking and screaming.
