A Session for the Young Guns
If you’re a Sonic fan–and in particular a Sonic comic fan–and you happen to be in the age range of 8 through 13 and live close to the Portland – Beaverton area in Oregon, you may want to take a trip to a local library tomorrow.
That’s because Sonic comic artist Ben Bates will be on hand to take questions about the job he does. Dubbed The Art of Sonic the Hedgehog, the sessions will be held tomorrow from 12 to 2PM local time at the Beaverton City Library. The program is intended for grades 3 through 7, and if you’re familiar with the library, pre-registration is required at the library.
For those who don’t know what a library is, they’re where my generation went to finish term papers before the Internet and iPads.

In the UK year 7 only goes up to 12, not 13….

I actually knew of this a week or two ago, and live about 15 minutes from it. Too bad I’m 17, though. I really wanted to check it out…
