It’s Friday, Friday…and that’s usually the day when we have some fun, fun, fun, fun…or, in this case, succumb to the flavor of the month.
YouTuber troysson81 for some reason decided to mash up the Green Grove Zone with the Internet anomaly “Friday,” originally performed by Rebecca Black. As a bonus, you get to hear Green Grove’s reprisal via Sonic Adventure‘s Windy Valley stage. As troysson81 asks, “Can some of the best Sonic music the Genesis has to offer save one of the worst written pop songs ever?”

If I was Rebecca Black, I would kill myself. But if I couldn’t I would get that video taken down (including the worse rap remix), sue anyone who used more than 30 seconds in the song (that is the law though anyways), and wait for the Friday meme a.k.a. her face, to die off the internet. Sure, it is the Richard Kuta thing to do, but she will need to do that to stop being so hated.
The Good News: This rendition of “Friday” is actually bearable.
