The show was okay. It was based sonic the sonic adventure series.

IMO, seasons one and two had their ups and downs, but season 3 was just FUCKING HORRIBLE!

They should make another sonic series but dont involve humans in story. I mean it can take place on Earth but with human role like in SA2 not another… You know who!

They should make a new cgi animated series (Kinda like the new TMNT series made by nickelodeon!) based on all the games! (S1, S2, S3&K, SA1, SA2, SHeroes, ShadowtH, DEFINETLY NOT ’06, SUnleashed, SColours, and Sonic Generations!!!!!! There should also be a few episodes based on the Sonic Riders series!

Sonic X is a good series. Just do not judge on 4kids version.
In all seriousness they could have done so much better with that series… really they should have given chris some extra terrestial powers and other interesting things lol. Also a little less on the whining parts too lol. OH GAWD I dunno…I just seriously didn’t like the direction they took that show.

The Japanese Sonic X, if not good, at least it’s MILES better than the English version. I liked the Japanese version, glad it’s up on Hulu. Finally!
Don’t you remember? They even used Live and Learn for the SA2 part of the show. The Japanese ending was good too, in my opinion.

Really? (overrated is arguable but at least that show put in a bit more effort even if it had nothing really to do Sonic himself) well to each his own. The japanese version of the anime isn’t too much better. It’s still a subpar anime and show in almost every sense of the word. oh well, it LEAST it has SEGASonic chars in it rite?

In my opinion:
AoStH is Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies with Sonic characters slapped on it.
SatAM is Star Wars with 3 Sonic characters and other furries.
Underground is basically a crappier version of SatAM with recolors, crappy writing and crap music videos. Oh, and they replaced Tails with Knuckles, and Snively with Sleet and Dingo.
The Sonic OVA is the best Sonic adaptation EVER, but had the worst voice acting in English (STRAAAAAANGE, ISN’T IT?).
X had potential; it captured the spirit of the Adventure series and the Japanese version had some catchy tunes and good voice acting, but it was ruined by the original characters (most of them anyway, especially Chris…) and poor writing. The English dub just made things worse. Much, much worse.
I would like Sonic X Uncut in Japanese with subtitles in a DVD boxset… and in my possession.

Sonic X is an excellent Sonic show. I think most of the people that hated it couldn’t see past Chris, who wasn’t that bad an inclusion after the first few episodes.
Sonic X wasn’t too bad even though it had it’s bad moments I liked it and The voicing acting the english version was great too
and they improved a lot in Season 3 after a few mishaps in Season 1

In my opinion, the dubbing got even worse in season 3, along with the writing, animation, and characters. Let’s face it. Season 3 was terrible. I hated it so much that I didnt even bother to watch the whole thing.
Didn’t like the 4kids dubs but I did enjoy the show since it involved around the games (unlike those other ones like SatAM, Underground, and AoSTH which was all crap and filled with sues…).
Sure, Chris can get a tad annoying but I thought his character was realistic… How many kids out there are actually suffering the same way? No..not just rich kids. I know a few friends who don’t have parents with them most of their lives and they expect me and my other friends to fill in the spots of their parents…
yeah “Chris” does exist…
Anyway…
Glad that I can watch the entire series in Japanese now…

Sonic was MUCH more better in japanese. Freakin’ 4kids made it so cheesey. Ending of Sonic X was pretty sad though. I can’t stand the fact of sometimes there would be a person that someone loved, died. Makes me wanna cry :<.
