Part of Sega Festivities at the French Show
Regular news tipster Woun points us to the ice sculture you see above and in full below–one of the major attractions for attendees of this year’s Japan Expo at Paris, France, which was open at the very beginning of this month.
The work of art was part of Sega festivities at the annual event, meant to mark the hedgehog’s 20th anniversary. The sculpture made its formal debut on July 2nd, the third day of the show, reports Japanese source Excite. We know we have a handful of French readers here–did you go to Japan Expo and see this? If so, and you snapped a picture, send it to us via our News Tips system and tell us more.
In the meantime, thanks to Woun for sharing this with us.

That’s very cool. No pun intended.
Is that Classic Sonic? The face looks like it, but the torso and legs suggest it could be “Modern” Sonic. Maybe it’s Dreamcast Sonic, since it appears to be both. . .
“Paris’ Japan expo”?
^ That confuses me…
Anywho, the sculpture looks amazing!!
KnucklesChaotix: That actually wasn’t a grammar error this time. That is proper English =)
