A Crowded Field, But Your Vote Counts
If you like what you’ve seen from Sonic Generations thus far at Gamescom, why not bestow upon it a huge honor?
IGN is affording you that chance right now; you can vote for Generations in the People’s Choice category for best of Gamescom 2011. The field is very crowded, and all told includes 25 games, including Gears of War 3, Super Mario 3D Land, Borderlands 2, Diablo III, and the official Best of Show winner of Gamescom, FIFA 12.

Skyward Sword looks fun, but I dunno. Not too big on Zelda.
BF3 looks fucking amazing, this coming out of a guy who doesn’t like FPS games.
Super Mario Land 3D, EPIC. I may get that game someday. (maybe when Super Mario Sunshine gets ported or remade for the 3DS ;D)
Assassin’s Creed is great, too.

It’s surprising enough that Sonic’s even IN the list. Heck, that Sonic’s IN the front page for the votes. Usually, Link or Mario are in that kind of stuff. This gives me good vibes from IGN. xP

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure every game present at Gamescom is on the list, not just the top contenders.
