Synopsis for #232 Indicates “Fallen Sally”
Late yesterday, the first cover scans were released for the upcoming Sonic comics for December, both in the main series and with Sonic Universe.
FRIDAY UPDATE: We just received the synopsis for issue #232, and fans of Sally Acorn ought to be quite concerned, as it indicates a “fallen Sally.”
Sonic and Knuckles compare notes and commiserate over a fallen Sally while King Ixis Nagus plots against them. As the latest surprises pop up, this is a great jumping on point for new readers. Also in this issue: find out “Who is Harvey Who?”

Fourth : WHEN will Archie understand that WE KNOW the darkened character is Metal Sally ? lol
Fifth : Aawwwww since Sally’s gone , I was SO expecting Sonic to go ” Dark ” like in Sonic X and have an arc where HE is the one to go evil and everyone tries to stop him … but hey , Robo-Butt, Ixis Noogie and the birds are enough to deal with I guess ^^
Sixth : Speaking of birds …. WHAT THE HOLY MOTHER that cover is just confusing me to the ultimate point . Babylon Rogues are technically bad guys , so yeah they come and do bad stuff , but know that they attack Mobotropolis I guess in the regular issues starting 233 there is going to be something happening somewhere else just like in 210 where the situations were reversed . Aaaaaah please the descriptions ! Oh and Tails Vs Speedy rematch W00T .

God I hope not or at least not as much of a role as Sally used to. Can’t really stand Amy in any story context in game or comic as it is usually the same premise of stalking or hammering (her gameplay is ok tho).

I generally can’t stand the comics, what with the majority of the characters being glorified fan-characters and soap-opera-esque romance, but the fact that Sally’s dead (or gone or whatever) may make them half-tolerable. However, when I saw bad guys other than Eggman posted behind Sonic and Knuckles, I let a huge -siiiiiiiiiiigh-.

Well fan rage/hate is the very definition of the Sonic Fandom (well if ur outside looking in at least), just check out the “Shadow to be in Sonic Generations” news or w/e. But i must admit it IS entertaining to read through all the raging if your bored.

Yeah don’t worry , I was just being sarcastic . Taking Eggman away from Sonic would be like playing piano with drum sticks . Doesn’t fit ! In form I guess I’m better with Eggman than the rest of the evil noobs , I guess the other ones were created just to gain time to create new stories and keep the comic running . That’s fine with me tho ! The comic stories are epic .
And I really don’t mind Sally dying , they already evaded hear ” Death ” back in StH 50 , so I guess they’ll come around to bring her back … again -___- . But I am NOT happy that they do not take this opportunity to throw in Dark Sonic . I want him so badly that I dream of it !
Oh and apparently , SU 35 & 36 will take place BETWEEN 232 & 233 !
Just curious, but does anyone else miss the old Dr. Robotnik the way I do. He was darker then Eggman in a lot of ways, although Ian’s cleaned up a bit of that, I still miss his grandoise schemes. Crud, Eggman doesn’t even control most of the planet at the moment (Death Egg aside). Robotnik actually did.
Where’s Sally? Is she was dead? She will never return to Sonic comics?

Again, I think the “fallen” Sally just means she’s been drastically injured, but not killed. Ian probably knows all the backlash he’d get from a lot of the fans. Also, KNUX! It’s been too long since we’ve had him reappear. Can not wait!

Even if she’s not dead (I wouldn’t honestly want her to die…), I really hope she goes away and stays gone for good: the comics started focusing way, WAY too much on Sally and have been for a while now. Good riddance to be honest, I may start reading them more often and get enjoyment out of it now.

I’m fed up with her. Honestly I am. The comics hasn’t been about Sonic The Hedgehog anymore. It’s always about Sally this and Sally that. he’s been holding onto the mary-sue status for a very long time and have kept it well as part of her name.
No, I don’t give a crap about SonAmy. I care about Sonic’s reputation in the comics. I feel like he isn’t that important anymore because of Sally has been around doing the hero work while Sonic just sits and follows her orders.

The comic’s need to start over and need to be game-related. Then, I will give a dang. Kill Sally and all of those weird fan-characters. Those weird relationships… everything. The comic is so not Sonic-like. I really prefer Sonic not being so divided.

hmm can’t really see a game related Sonic comic lasting as long as this one in particular has (has it been 18 years now?). If SEGA still kept the restrictions on SEGA chars than the book would be boring to me after about a year or so because none of the characters would grow which is fine for a platform game series but not literary fiction. More game elements would be great tho, which Genesis kinda offers.

false alarm, it’s Shadow’s new artwork for M&S: London 2012, his voice doesn’t seem so bad anymore, Amy’s still sucks, Knuckles’ and Blaze’s are a bit odd sounding like they don’t suit them, Vector and Metal Sonic sound perfect, and Sonic, Tails, and Eggman have the most amazing voice actors ever, plus Sonic’s artwork is awesome too!!!:
