Submit Questions Via Twitter
Last night, organizers for the 2011 Sonic Amateur Games Expo announced that Takenobu Mitsuyoshi will take community questions sent to the expo’s Twitter feed.
Mitsuyoshi may not be a familiar name to those who follow Sonic and little else with Sega. But for the more balanced, he is one of the big veterans inside the company, having composed music for an array of major franchises like Shenmue, Virtua Fighter, and perhaps his most memorable, Daytona USA–sung lyrics and all.
To participate, you must be following the SAGE Twitter feed, and submit the questions to there. (Don’t say anything in the comments here; we’re not forwarding them along!) Only one question will be accepted per person, and the deadline for submissions is the end of the day Saturday. Mitsuyoshi’s answers will be posted at “a later date,” we’re told.
We thank Shadix for tipping us to this news and making it official. Stay with TSSZ for more coverage of the 2011 SAGE.

GAME OVER YEEEEEEEEEEEEAH!
Seriously, love Mitsuyoshi-san. He is one of my favorite SEGA composers, and it’s great to see him reaching out to do this.
nice
Takenobu Mitsuyoshi actually did music for Sonic games. He composed the music for Sonic the Fighters, he did the chorus in the jungle levels of Sonic 2006. And apart from that, he made an album with remixes from Sonic CD, and that cover of the Sonic Heroes main theme that was shown on the Sonic Team blog.
