Break Out Your Glasses…Or Your 3DS
News tipster Woun tells us of a new interview with Sonic Team head Takashi Iizuka with Japanese website Inside Games that raises the possibility of the next Sonic 4 episode incorporating 3D capabilities.
We don’t think we’re talking about 3D gameplay itself, though. We’re talking about 3D effects, like those seen on the 3DS, or on XBOX360 and PS3 with the proper equipment. Take a look at the roughly translated quote, and decide for yourself:

Sega has been very mum on Episode II, choosing instead to focus on Generations, so something like this may be the tip of a coming iceberg after Generations.
